Chicken Feta Burgers with Radish and Cucumber Tzatziki

These chicken burgers have so much flavor! Ground chicken by itself can be a bit bland, so I added lots of yummy spices and feta to jazz it up. Radishes aren't typically added to tzatziki sauce,  but I really like the color, crunch and slightly spiciness they provide. I suggest serving these burgers with lettuce wraps and baked sweet potato fries. Or, pack them up for lunch with a side of fresh fruit.

1. Combine burger ingredients (except the oil) in a large mixing bowl. Shape into four patties.

2. Heat oil in a large nonstick skillet (I used cast iron) over medium-high heat. Cook for 4-5 minutes per side, or until cooked through.

3. While the burgers cook, combine the tzatziki sauce ingredients in a small bowl.

4. Place burgers onto serving plates and top with tzatziki.
